Have you ever left a job before you began?

Title.
Yep and that’s because I got another better job offer and took that instead.

Well that's the only reason why you can decline a job without even starting
What about rejecting a job before you started but you have nothing else lined up?
I don’t see why anyone would waste time on applying for a job, lucky enough to be shortlisted for interview, get hired and ending up not wanting it if they didn’t have another job lined up. 🤔

The reasons I could come up with is:

1. They want you to be more flexible with your working hours and you couldn’t.

2. Getting cold feet that you can’t do the job.

3. Don’t think it’s the right job for you.

Or they keep messing around with the job location

Why would you do that though?
I havent myself. But it does happen though- like if you get offered another job that is better/you prefer etc.

Why would you do that though?

Because they keep changing the location of the job and I have travelling issues
