GP from Hong Kong to work in the UK
Hello everyone,
I'm a GP with fellowships in HKCFP and RACGP (Australia) since 2003. I am from Hong Kong where I received my MBBS (HKU). I am planning to move to the UK in 2024 and would like to work as a GP again after landing. I am not sure if I registered in the GMC before the handover (will find that out later), and if it still holds after these years.
My question is as follows:
Do I need to go through the MLA/PLAB again in order to be in the general register?
