Scotland, free uni confusion?
I've lived my first 7 years of life in Scotland, does that allow me to be eligible for free tuition? The rest has been in Northern Ireland.
I know you have to have lived a certain amount of time in Scotland for you to be eligible, but no where has told me if settling somewhere else makes you illegible...
