Student Finance application

I have just applied for student finance it says that I need to provide my parents financial details however neither of them have received an email from SFE about supporting my applications. Where and how can I contact someone about this?

Hi there,

Your parents don't need the e-mail, rest assured. They just need to login to their own accounts here and they'll be able to support your application: https://www.gov.uk/student-finance-register-login

Alternatively, they can complete the PFF2 form and you can then upload this on your account: https://assets.publishing.service.gov.uk/government/uploads/system/uploads/attachment_data/file/1137607/sfe_pff2_form_2324_o.pdf
