Re apply for student finance

Hi, when logging into SF England it says this:
To make sure you have student finance agreed before the start of your full time undergraduate course.
My status says processing application and I have actions to complete. Do I need to restart the application?

I need to prove my identity and prove my eligibility. Both require me to post my passport
