Customer service issue

I ordered something from a large retailer. They told me that they will deliver it on Friday. They then sent a text that they could not deliver on the day and to reschedule. I rang them and finally got through the driver had been to the wrong address which was why he could not deliver. I had been home all day. It eventually did get delivered.

I logged this complaint as it was very stressful to get this sorted out. They are not goign to do anything.

is there anything I can do?
Probably not, delivery estimates are just that and there will usually be something in the small print confirming it's not a guarantee of a specific date.
