Dealing with a terrible step mum

I thought she was fine, but the more I grow older the more I realise why everyone complains about step parents. She’s honestly just mean. I feel guilty for saying this because she raised me but she treats me horribly. I’m patient but I cry almost daily coz of her, anxiety is off the room and appetite is gone.
