All UK universities will have a minimum English requirement, check their application web pages for details, it will vary from place to place but is often IELTS.

As above, the offer will likely have an English condition rather than the scholarship itself.

All undergrad courses will have some English condition if you don’t have an accepted qualification, eg. English language gcse / igcse.
