Help

I need help with completing my year two finance. The application form appears to be collapsed. However many times Ive tried to complete it - it doesn't recognise my course. A05 BA (Honours) Creative Writing. I am with Open College of the Arts that is merging with The Open University. I have applied for my DSA and they have now sent me an email questioning why my funding application isn't submitted.
Help please
