I’m currently starting my 2nd year in September. I’ve already applied for student finance and it’s been approved. However, i’m due to give birth so could become an independent applicant. Can i withdraw my application and reapply?

Hi there,
You don't need to withdraw your application. You can tell us about the child once you have had them. You would complete the GFD Form found here https://media.slc.co.uk/sfe/2324/ft/sfe_application_for_dependants_grants_form_2324_o.pdf and send this with a copy of the child's birth certificate and your up to date child benefit letter, universal credit or tax credit letter.
