I due to give birth in a couple weeks so i was told I couldn’t add my child till she was born. But I was told I could take my parents off my applicant and now i’m being told it’s not possible?

This can be done once your child is born. So, once this happens you should complete this form and upload it to your account: https://assets.publishing.service.gov.uk/government/uploads/system/uploads/attachment_data/file/1137571/sfe_application_for_dependants_grants_Form_2324_o.pdf
Please also upload a copy of the birth certificate, and a Child Benefit / Tax Credit / Universal Credit letter naming your child once available.
If this means you're entitled to more funding we'll then let you know, rest assured.
