Why has my maintenance loan been cut by £5,000? My parents income hasn't changed in the last two years, now i can't afford to live at uni.

Hi Claire I spoke to someone via online chat and believe my parents entered in an extra 0 on their tax form by accident making me less entitled for my loan. Should be sorted out but thank you for your quick response
