You can make the change online in your account under change my application and course details. This link shows you how to make changes here https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Zs3vH6gHXFE
If you can't do the change online, it will give you the option to print off the CO1 Changes of Circumstances Form. Once completed, you can then upload this online under the evidence upload option. This link shows you how here https://youtu.be/rOMx_EG5JWk
