When can migrant workers stop working

Hi i applied for Sfe as a migrant worker , i worked during my studies , this year i will graduate and my Uni will be finished in October .
Can i move overseas in November straight after i finish Uni withouth Sfe telling me they overpayed me or something ? I would like to mention that my last maintenance payment will be in september . I would like to move back to my country and open a small business i put some money aside during the years. I would not like any suprise Sfe telling me they overpayed me or something.amd of course i would like to notify them earlier that im planning to leave

If you stop working part way through the term, you will have been overpaid as you are expected to work for the duration of your studies. You will need to speak with the repayment team regarding your other query.

I will finish my university in October with everything dissertation and assessments. I was asking student hub when do we actually finish University and they said October.i wont have any classes after. My year started in mid February ( i am a January intake ) and i suppose to finish in October . Does Sfe counts the whole academic year? Such as from 1 st January to 31 st December?
