Student loans for university abroad

I am a UK citizen, have a passport, etc. but for university it would be much cheaper for me to attend a foreign university as I also have citizenship there and a passport. Am I able to apply for a student loan from the uk? I have dual nationality - British and Italian.

We can only fund courses at UK-based universities. If you have a particular abroad university in mind we'd recommend contacting them directly for advice.
