Hello. I am a little lost and confused as to whether I am eligible for student loan for university. I am 19 and hold a leave to remain BRP. I have been in the uk for more than 7 years however am not permitted for any public loans. I will need to apply for uni this year but not sure if I am eligible for the loan or not.
