Bachelors degree

What bachelors degree would i need to get me to be an educational psychologist?
You'll just need a regular, BPS accredited Psychology degree. You'll then need to do training/further study after your degree in order to be an educational psychologist!

Hi @isabella1329,

Hope you're doing well. @Scotland Yard is correct, it is really important to have a Psychology BPS (the British Psychological Society) accredited degree, otherwise this will cause problems when you attempt apply for PhD courses for Educational Psychology in the future. Your bachelors degree could be Psychology or maybe even a joint major like Psychology and Criminology.
Having an accredited degree means that everything you learn is approved by the BPS and ensures you are eligible for the Graduate Basis for Chartered Membership (GBC) of the society, which you will need to practice as an Educational Psychologist.

Best of luck,

Faheema (Lancaster University Student Ambassador for Psychology)
