Starting part time degree and working out previous studies

Hi, I'm alittle confused how to work out my previous studies taken off when applying for student finance.

I have done 3 year previous studies on full time degrees but dropped out due to some personal reasons years ago.

Now I'm in the correct head space and know what I wanna do as a mature student .I'm looking at applying for a part time degree. Its 4.5 years part time graphic design undergraduate degree, specifically University of Boltons. I don't understand how previous studies from full time degree affect the entitlement for the part time degree so wondered if someone could explain it?

Hi there,

If it's a part time degree and you've not gained a qualification then we would disregard your previous study and not calculate this when processing your application. Thanks, Jason
