Question on residential cataogory in UCAS application

Hi, I have been working in the UK since 2020 and I am a taxpayer. I hold a BRP resident permit for 5 years. My son is on a dependent visa, and he has completed his GCSE and A-Levels in the UK. He has also been continuously living in the UK for 3 years. Does he fall under the "Others" or "Settled in UK" category? Please advise.
