I've spoken with her a grand total of 1 times. She's a student who works a shift a week at Starbucks. Her life style doesn't add up.

You're frustrated that someone you've spoken to once hasn't disclosed to you that they're an escort?

However, that said, do you have house meetings ? If not, perhaps a good idea, get to know each other have a house meal anmonth when you can bring household issues up in an informal session.
Could be about getting to know eachother in the first instance, and then cover stuff like house chores, guests etc. Even if a housemate isn't being paid by "clients" a constant stream of unknown people around can be difficult for example them using kitchen stuff.
Boyfriend of ex flatmate used to drink all of the milk. Anybodies milk every time he visited and would never pay.
