Hi, I’ve logged into student finance, click on my current undergraduate applications and when I click on 2023-2024 application my screen just loads for ages. Tried it on my phone and pc the last 2 days, I need to upload evidence of pff2 form on ‘upload evidence’ but am unable to

Hi there,
We are aware that there is an issue with the online accounts just and we are working to get this fixed. We do not have a timescale for when this will be fixed so you can try again in a few days or you can post the PFF2 form to us.
