personalized acceptance letter
I've been given an offer at Lancaster university for an integrated masters in cyber security.They sent me a physical offer letter, the only one I've received from any university so far. It's personalized, and mentions specific things i mentioned in my personal statement. I haven't received an unconditional offer from them, just a conditional offer. Does this mean anything? or is it normal, I've not heard of any other applicants I know getting the same so far. Cheers!
Not many unis bother with physical offer letters any more. As this one is tailored to you I expect it will be a marketing tool to encourage you to accept by feeling a bit more 'wanted'.
