Hi, I have sent through medical evidence as in my case I have a health condition called ‘ ‘rhinorrhoea’ this is shown in my medical records that I submitted alongside a doctor letter confirming I had the condition during my studies (dated)

However the doctor did not go into much detail regarding the symptoms and how they affected my studies at the time when I suspended, this is only explained in my compelling personal reasons cover letter. Do you think this is good enough?

Hi there, The evidence would need to include the following:
- Signed and dated
- Confirms the reason why you could not continue with your studies and
- When this took place

Photocopies of all evidence can be accepted and this evidence can include:

- Medical evidence from a GP on headed paper
- Letter from HEP on headed paper
- Letter from Social Services on headed paper
- Letter from clergy or professional person on headed paper

Hi Angela, I recently got diagnosed with bpd (mental health disorder)

at the time of my studies I faced these same symptoms when I requested a suspension, however I was not diagnosed

will a gp letter explaining how these symptoms affected me at the time suffice?
