Predicted grades email hasn’t been received by university

Got an email through from Uclan two weeks ago asking for my predicted grades in a reply email from my tutor

He replied with them and then i got an email through today saying they hadn’t received my grades and that my application will be withdrawn if they don’t receive them

What have i done wrong here?

Maybe nothing, emails can go astray.

Ask your tutor to confirm the exact date + time they sent the message, as well as the email address it was directed to. Then go back to UCLAN with that info.

You might also want to send a placeholder message to UCLAN apologising and explaining that you thought they had already been sent and you are checking the details. If you are in touch it may delay them taking any action.
