The Student Room Group

they're trying to make me quit

my colleagues are all throwing me under the bus. I've not done anything wrong, apart from just being quite/shy and just doing my work.

They are all calling me out to the whole team whenever I make a tiny mistake. I work so hard on my goals but for some reason I'm still not meeting any of targets.

whenever i give my boss examples of meeting the goals, my colleagues all deny it and say it isn't true.

i turn up on time at work, i've tried to be positive and happy. But i'm just not happy anymore :frown:

I'm just a quiet, introverted person...they don't like me for who I am.

i'm nice and kind to people.

i don't have a union or anything

what can i do?

I'm sorry to hear that you're going through such a difficult situation at work. It's important to address this issue professionally. Consider documenting instances of mistreatment and discussing your concerns with your supervisor or HR department. Additionally, try to communicate openly with your colleagues to understand if there are specific issues causing tension. Seeking advice from a career counselor or mentor could also provide valuable insights.
