SFE Hardship Application Query

Hi Everyone,
I'm in my last year of study, I graduate this year. I've never asked for a hardship payment throughout my study before but due to unforseen circumstances I'm in a desperate situation financially.
I'm a mature student, have a wife and 2 children who I support through my student finance. I'm due to receive my last payment in April but need the payment before then.
Anyway, I contacted student finance, they sent me a hardship form, I uploaded that to my online account along with any evidence is required. This was done on Monday 4th March 2024. They advised someone should get back to me within 5 working days.
Is there anyway I could escalate this? Ask them to maybe prioritise looking at my application?
I've never had an over payment, never asked for financial support before today.

Financial Hardship applications can take 2-3 weeks as they are reviewed on a case by case basis and are worked in date order of being received.
