SFE not replying to letters

When will SFE be replying to my letter, it was post on the 03/11/2023 (recorded deliver) and has been received by SFE (proof of signature obtained). I have had to resort to a later as I am getting conflicting information from SFE when I call or read the website.

Hi Jason, The letter was asking about when I need to start paying back my SFE loan. Your website says one thing and your call handlers say another. I want the answer in writing.
