I need advice regarding sex

I’m 24 and recently have had some trouble with sex, I love my partner and really enjoy it when we are intimate - but I cannot stay hard enough sometimes to fully have sex, I also cannot finish from sex. Ever. I can stay erect whenever my partner is on top however when I’m on top it lasts seconds - I’m worried incase she thinks it’s her. I go to the gym 5/6 times a week take all the vitamins etc I’ve got viagra but I’m nervous incase I rely on it. Any advice on what to do because I’m nervous this will be a life long problem and in case it ruins my relationship
Has this been an issue with other partners or has it only started recently?

Has it been affecting masturbation? like do you have any issues when it's just you?

Likewise, can you finish from masturbation? - basically trying to work out whether the issue is physical or mental.

If its going on for a while I would definitely see a GP about it. I went through a few months when I just couldn't reliably perform and had tried pills too with mixed results (inc making it v hard to finish) but after a few tests it turned out I had an overactive thyroid and v high blood pressure, which is easily treated but was causing my body to go mental whenever I was aroused or stressed and pills made it worse, and without biting the bullet and talking to a doctor about it I might never have got to he bottom of it.

It’s been with every partner, but I can finish fine with masterbauting and I don’t always lose my erection it’s only sometimes, I think I’m just embarrassed to go to the doctors because it’s such a personal issue

I guess I have put on weight recently but I still go to the gym and lead a very active job etc I thought maybe that was the issue as well but I’m not sure, I’m constantly tired and extremely thirsty all the time - also I need to pay for healthcare at times which makes me not want to be seen even more
I get you saying it's a bit embarrassing, but, well, pretty much anything you go to a doctor about is a personal issue - and they'll have heard it all before. Assuming you're in the UK, you might pay for medication but not to visit GP or get tests done? better to rule out any more serious underlying issue imo

(If you've never been to the GP about it I'm assuming your getting pills from other people or through online services? something to remember about the online sites is they have 0 interest in doses, aftercare or actually dealing with your issue - people embarrassed to talk to their doc is how they make their £££)

Look at your life style too - if you're hitting the gym 5/6 times every week on top of a very active job you might be pushing your body too much or messing with your hormones, likewise if you're still gaining weight/fat with all this activity, that might point to a terrible diet or again an underlying physical issue. (You say you take 'all the vitamins etc' , do you need extra vitamins? and what is the 'etc' here?)

There's a whole load of toxic male thought about this sort of stuff which often causes guys to stay silent, this idea that you're supposed to be unquestionably virile and 100% ready to rock 24/7 with anyone is just a load of tosh really, we're fragile creatures of mood and when any parts of our bodies start failing we should prob speak to someone about it.

Good advice above.

I think it might be advisable to see a doctor about the excessive thirst and tiredness more than the sexual issue. Such symptoms could indicate an underlying health issue.

It’s just vitamins such as Vitamin D etc I was encouraged to take, think I’m going to bite the bullet and book an appointment, the longer I wait the longer the issue will continue - my dad had Thyroid issues so it could possibly be linked to that. Thank you for the advice
ive heard that porn addictions can ruin sex life. try not masturbating for long time. make sure u sleep lots too. and defo see that GP.
