I can imagine 7 years from now,

"Ma'am, you're going to die"
........*she breaks into tears*......
"Oh ****! I mean you're NOT going to die, my bad :colondollar: "

:rofl2:

I'm worried that might actually happen now... :eek3:

Im always doing that, I think one thing, then when I go to say it, I leave out the one word that turns the meaning into completely the opposite thing :p:

I do that :colone:

Actually, at the risk of sounding like a dick, I once got into a very awkward moment at secondary school. This guy in my year had a brother with extremely bad eye sight, so much so, he had to have magnifying things on computer screens that blew up the text in books. I saw him in the library once, and the guy in my year said "Have you seen my brother", in a sudden accident and out of character lack of tact, I said "the one with the funny eyes?" which resulted in him looking disgusted and I went "I didn't mean him!", by which I meant "I didn't mean it to come out like that". Saying I didn't mean him was clearly a complete lie and I didn't even mean it .

Okay so that was embarrassing.
Jessaay!

If they dont, then

1, fewer applicants as less people can afford the course, thus less money overall
2, fewer graduates, less stimulation in the economy, smaller GDP rise.

They'd be stupid not to.

My point exactly- the similar effect lack of funding and good pay had for enginners in Russia around 80-90s; it reduced number of good specialists in the field to the extent that the country industries had to recruit foreign specialists at a cost
Lifting the cap turns education into business, where its not the question of whether you are able or not, but a question of whether you have money
