My application says the maximum tuition fee loan I can get is £6,000.

I was on a different course last year but I am dropping out to go to university. My student finance for last year had to be changed as my course tuition fee was £6,000. I have started a new application for this year and changed my course fees to £9,000 but my application is saying that i'm only entitled to £6,000 maximum towards my tuition fees. Can you help?

It sounds as though you may be applying a a returning student instead of a new one.
