Best products for weight loss are a clean lean diet and exercise.

On top of that you can take some clenbuterol if you wanna get shredded fuarrrrook
The number of people who take diet pills despite not really understand what's in them and how they work is quite frankly shocking. A lot of these pills are advertised as herbal, and therefore haven't gone through the same kind of testing as medical pills may have.

The main and best way to lose weight is to get into a healthy routine, of diet and exercise, and stick to it. Don't take pills, don't crash diet. Change your life for the better and eat healthier and exercise more. Thanks to the fact that weight loss is all about calorie balance, this is all that is going to work in the long term.

Lipovon is very efficient, helped me!

I agree with you. I used Lipovon and I was very pleased.
As well as the usual big standard advise of diet and exercise.

Try also cutting down on things that have no nutritional value such as cakes, biscuits and sweets. I am going completely cold turkey on sugar this week.

It's wishful thinking. It's only those who have not come to terms with the fact that they themselves are the only reason they are overweight. Usually just too lazy/ in denial/ lack will power to do something about it. Diet pills are a fad, some just make you **** fat, but if you're still eating tonnes of calories you still won't lose weight.

Unless you have an extremely rare medical disorder, that is not true.

It's energy in vs energy out. Simple as that.

You were eating more than you needed, simple as.

Not going to pretend cutting down calorific intake is easy, it takes a lot of will power. But eating less does work.
Not as effective as they portray

i feel like you and jeniferta are just promoting whatever this product is together LOL.
Well I believe they're great! Except, they do not work strongly for those with weak metabolism, so very much have nil effect!

90% of people have a similar metabolism for their height. If people can't lose weight it's usually related to diet or exercise.
