Change underwear, shirt, socks daily. If out of clean clothes then socks can do two days, shirts can do two days if the armpits don't smell, and underwear can be worn inside out for an extra day.
Trousers can last 2-5 days depending on how much I wipe my hands down them after eating.
Jumpers can easily last a week or more.
Shoes I never change, but I try not to wear them at home.
You can get away with only changing your bed every 2-4 weeks, although you should probably do it weekly.
Shower daily.
Hoover every 1-2 weeks.
Dust appliances/desk/furniture every 3 months.
