NHS bursary after 3 years student finance

Hi I'm applying for occupational therapy course which is nhs funded. I've already had 3 years worth of student finance, 1 of those was a re-do year but didn't end up finishing the course. Am I entitled to the NHS bursary and a student loan?
Many thanks

NHS Bursaries are assessed regardless of previous study.

Both were exempt from the previous study rule for me, the only way it differs is if its a postgrad qualification you are doing.
