Tonight wasn't good. Back possibly injured.
Squats:
162.5 x 5/3
On the first set my back felt really compressed. Kinda like some muscular problem. Hopefully it's not like what happened years ago that put me out of squats and deadlifts for months. On the second set it wasn't really the back that was bothering me, just never had much strength and form really deteriorating.
Then tried to press, but only managed 60 before back not liking it.
Some foam rolling and quick lacrosse ball work, then home.
