Too 'broke' to exercise

It just sounds as though you're making excuses?
So how do you go outside at all if you have no clothes or shoes to wear outside? Surely you don't just live in pyjamas and slippers.

Where is the best place for bodyweight exercises?

I dont have access to floor space or bars to pull up.

Literally the only floor space you need is the size of yourself lying down so you can do some pressups etc. You can easily do a routine that requires no bars or anything, hell the routine I do doesn't involve any equipment.

If you can't find the room to do THAT then, well, there's nothing anybody can do for you.

Thanks for the help then.

Hi,I need to find a way to keep fit without any costs at all, and which will not damage me further.

Edit:

No money for gym membership
No money for exercise equipment
No money for sportswear
And I live in student accommodation with no floor space.

Search Tabata workouts and there'll be so many different full workouts - most with no equipment at all. You can do them anywhere and most don't even require shoes, never mind expensive trainers.

After you're into it you'll probably make room in your budget for fitness somehow. In addition you should also benefit from student discounts. Though I appreciate some people have a tighter budget because of x, y or z. Good luck with your workouts!
Well if you are so poor that you can’t afford a pair of shoes(no, they don’t have to be expensive) then you have a priority issue.

There are plenty of calisthenics youtube videos that you can do in your room in your boxers. There is Shaun T's insanity program that likewise you can do in your room in your boxers and there are ways to find that without money

Stop being lazy and having lazy excuses.

Well you're in luck because you're a student and that means access to sport societies with equipment and also potentially access to a uni gym or discounts other places. If you want to do something other than the free options like walking or running (or asking for sport equipment like a bike for birthday or something) you could see what your uni has to offer. Joining a society can also help with motivation because you're socialising and having fun as well as exercising.
If that isn't your style and you'd rater work out alone you can also look online for "free exercise ideas". I'm sure there's a quiet space on or near campus you could use if you want to do more space needing things.

Although a lot of things like running can be a bit better with the right equipment you don't actually need any. You can do it in whatever your normal clothes are. You can even do yoga in your pyjamas on your bed.

Do you mind if I ask what you mean by damage you further? Do you have any injuries or anything?
