Childcare grant

I am wanting clarification on childcare grants. I have two dependents and would require the childcare grant for ONE of my children as the other is in pre school, what is the income threshold?
is that the whole household?
or Just my partners?
this would be for academic year 22/23
and what is the minimum amount granted?
I can only find the maximum online and SFE on the phone where clueless.
His earnings by self employment are around 25k.

Hi there,

We take into account your partner's income not your own. Just to confirm were his earnings around £25,000 in the 20/21 tax year?

Does he expect his income to drop by more than 15% in the 22/23 year?

yes his earnings was 25k for 20/21 and no he doesn't expect a drop in earnings
