predicted grades-from high school or from referee?

Hi! I have a little problem...One of the unis just sent me a message, that I don't have predicted grades, so I have to send them. My referee lied to me more than once(she said that she corrected the grammar mistakes in my personal statement, but she doesn't, and she said that she sent my predicted grades too...)-so I don't really want to ask her again, to give my predicted grades. She doesn't teach in the school I attend, so i thought that I can possibly ask my school to give me the predicted grades-is it OK, or I have to ask my referee? I applied as independent student. Thanks for answers

You need to contact UCAS about this one. I'm fairly certain it has to be your referee, but they will be able to tell you.
