SFE didn't contact me?

Hi I am due to start my course this month, I submitted my SFE application end of May ( by the deadline) and they said once they receive the details or whatever, they'll process my application, see if I'm eligible and then send me the declaration form. Should I just send the form myself ? But what's the point if they haven't assessed/ acknowledged receipt of my application?

Hi there.

Have you called us to check we have actually got your application? We can't acknowledge receipt of this if we have not got it yet. I'd recommend calling us on 0300 100 0607 to check if we actually have this first.

Is there any other number i can call? i checked that the 0300 number will cost me a lot and hence why I contacted you on tsr. Or is that the only option for me?
