Full-time to Open University
Hi everyone, basically im currently at a brick university and studying engineering, thus far I have received two years of funding (year 0, year 1).
However after completing this year I am planning on switching course and university to study mathematics with the open university. I will be applying for credit transfer so hopefully I will be able to start from year 2, however im worried that if I am unable to do that I may not get full funding for the course due to my previous study, can anybody shed some light on this? I would be very grateful.
* I have noticed that it states on the SFE website that for part-time loans it says you are eligible for up-to 16 years funding, minus years of previous study, does this mean I can get funding for up-to 14 years potentially?
