I have had an error when trying to log in for 4 weeks now. When will I be able to view my account?
The error message is

Hi,
You should clear the cookies and cache. Try closing down log in page and opening up new window. Ensure you are using either laptop/pc and are using google chrome. If this does not work I would advise you to call us on 0300 100 0607 and one of our advisers will contact the IT team about the issues you are having. Thanks

Carly its an IT issue at your side and I have called 6 times about it. Nothing gets done.
Loads of people have the same issue
How can you expect us to function without being able to log in?
