My Teacher Is making me uncomfortable!! Why

My teacher is pretty cool and nice we sometimes talk now and then but there is somthing that is sorta like shady, he has told everyone in our class that he is married and has three daughters. Usually at the beginning of the year I didn’t think much or wasn’t uncomfortable yet. About 2 to 3 months went by and I notice that every time we work and sheets or on computers (individually) he dead, constantly stares at me and it makes me shiver (not the “I like him” shiver tho) .Also in lunch he does this all the time I’ve told a few of my most trusted friends and they have told me that he lasted a while staring at me idk what to do I feel super uncomfortable he doesn’t even smile while staring, I’m too scared to confront him. What should I do? Is this bad?
