It's tough. Sometimes I think just setting up a yoga mat at night so I get up and sit on it in the morning works and can help me do even a tiny bit. But that's why I think fitness classes can be really great, because if you book in advance, you just need to turn up. (Harder said than done, I know) but at least you don't have to think about the exercises you're doing. You just do what the instructor says.Reply 19
