For context I am living away from home and outside of London, and have not received any other bursaries or allowances etc.

your parents can check their income they provided on their online accounts by logging in here http://ow.ly/dRKY30mAdwu or by calling us on 0300 100 0607. We can not provide the household income details to the student as this is your parents personal information.
