Student finance assessment

Hi, I’m a sixth form student who is currently trying to apply for a scholarship to Durham. As part of the application process i’ve been asked to give my income as assessed by student finance and the Amount of Maintenance Grant/Loan Received from Student Loans Company. I don’t know how to go about answering these questions since i haven’t had an assessment and it’s too early for to apply.
The deadline is the 31st please help
