I’ve been watching boxing for a few years now and I’m really into it. I’ve always wanted to start and I’ve finally gained the motivation to start getting fit. I would like to go amateur and if I’m good enough maybe I could go pro. I’ve done a small amount of boxing when I was younger so I’ve got the basics down. I’m 16, 17 in May. I’m around 6ft 1” and weigh around 14 stone. Ive got broad shoulders and long arms. I’m a tiny bit chubby but obviously I’m gonna start to get fitter and get better cardio. If anyone could leave any tips on a workout plan and just helpful boxing tips I would really appreciate it.
Some of my concerns are that: Maybe I’m too old to go pro?
Im not too sure if I would make a good boxer, what are the early signs that u would?
