Student Finance Countersignature
I am applying for student finance for 2020 and need to have someone countersign a for to send in with my birth certificate since I do not have a valid passport. I have been told that I should still do this by the 22/05. How do I go about this during the lockdown? Is getting a countersignature a reasonable excuse to leave the house?

If you can’t get the counter signature then you can pay the cost to get a valid UK passport and then you don’t need to leave the house.
You can still apply after 22/05. If you apply after this date then funding could be delayed.
