How do I add reference to UCAS after submission?

I didn't put a reference on my UCAS application as I didn't have one at the time, and last year the uni said they didn't need it. Now the uni has made the offer conditional on a reference, which I've obtained, but the referee says it has to be done through UCAS. I've looked everywhere but can't see a way to add a reference to my already submitted application on Track. What do I do?

When I submitted my UCAS application in November, it couldn't be sent off without my form tutor submitting the reference along with it

You can’t add a reference through UCAS after your application is submitted.

You need to ask the university for instructions on how they want the reference submitted
