Confused about sending evidence

I am in first year going into second year, and I have recently withdrawn from the university I was studying at this year and am due to start at a different one this coming year.
Yesterday, I got a letter from student finance saying that last years payments have been stopped due to me withdrawing (not sure if this is relevant). (Also today) I changed my application for this years student finance to say I am now living at home, when I was previously going to be in halls.
After I made this change, my application went from being approved to saying it was submitted and awaiting approval, and that I need to send evidence of my eligibility despite the fact that I had already sent it last year (I also got an email saying the same).
The student finance website says that applications take at least 6 weeks after sending evidence, time which I do not have before my course starts.
I am honestly so stressed that I'm gonna get kicked out of uni for not paying my tuition fees and I was wondering if anyone has been through anything similar and can tell me what might happen (or if someone from student finance can tell me why my application is saying this/what will happen)?
Hi, I can't see any message here. Please can you repost this?

Hi, I've reposted the question at: https://www.thestudentroom.co.uk/showthread.php?t=6653944&p=90590620#post90590620

Thank you. The information from @NeroliTenzing is correct. When you applied, the system assumes you are a returning applicant. Then after you applied we were made aware of the withdrawal so the assessor will have 'zero assessed' your application which means removing the funded as we require you to apply as a new student.

You should send in the PN1 application form http://ow.ly/nZ4T30qijWe
Thanks, Isaac

Thanks for the advice, I've spoken on the phone to SFE and they said it should be sorted by the 16th September, but I've sent off my birth certificate anyway, and I'll send off the PN1 as well just to be safe
