Why did she say this?

I like this girl and I think she also does.
Its getting cold outside and I only wore a think bomber jacket.
On two occasions, she asked me if I was warm enough. I went to drop her off outside and we chatted outside a bit in the cold, she asked me if I was warm. Before as well, inside she asked me if I was warm.
