Best non food/ liquid diets

Please comment any best food/ liquid diets, I can’t eat good without throwing up.
Soup? Or those meal replacement satchets. Hope you get well soon x
When you're nauseous, ginger might help. Try and stick to the basics, so maybe rice, potatoes, toast and so on. Avoid dairy, spice, caffeine and too much fat.

Get well soon :console:

A decent quality complete meal replacement would be the best option - this way you are getting the protein and nutrients your body needs. I'd follow whatever plan the brand you use advises for complete nutrition (usually 2-3 shakes per day) then supplement with soups and smoothies as you feel able.

Obviously if you have not already then it is worth seeking medical advice as it isn't normal to be unable to tolerate solid foods.
The doctors I work with seem to love that Huel stuff...but as above you should definitely speak with your GP as it might indicate some underlying health issue!
